My client was charged with DUI, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. After passing an alcohol breath test, police asked my client to give a urine sample. My client was unable to give a urine sample due to prostate problems. The State claimed this made him guilty. A jury found him NOT GUILTY of DUI and possession of marijuana.
